My dime says, it will play up tearing her apart and do nothing of the sort. It will make her a more sympathetic character since she will be "under attack". Discrepancies don't sink primary candidates.

There's nothing specific in the article so its hard to say what skeletons he might have found in her closet but I could also certainly see it making certain people feel more sympathetic to her. I'm sure the book will sell well among those who already hate her, but I doubt it will change too many minds.

I found this funny for some reason:
Bernstein, who was played by Dustin Hoffman in the film All the President’s Men

I think Bernstein's unauthorized biography might adversely affect Clinton's bid with Democratic swing voters trying to decide between her and Obama. Frankly, I've already made up my mind that Hillary's ability to discern between hype and horror isn't worthy of considering her a valid candidate. I actually like Bernstein's stance more (which also happens to be Obama's stance):

Bernstein is known as a liberal Democrat who fiercely opposes the war in Iraq and is likely to be critical of Clinton’s Senate vote to authorise the war.

The book could revive the explosive charge, made earlier this year by David Geffen, a former Clinton donor and Hollywood mogul, that “the Clintons lie with such ease, it’s troubling”. Though I didn't vote for Bill I liked life while he was president. It seems that there are no honorable high political leaders. I'm really becoming cynical.
