No, I'm not kidding- and no, it's not a joke.

This guy actually believes that Disney is in on it- that not only did they make evil faces in the smoke, but through his keen detective skills, he's been able to find evidence of Disney characters in the smoke from 9/11.

I never understood these claims- are the evil NWO cartoonists- editing the live footage- going to go through the trouble of leaving such stupid and idiotic messages- they're really going to want to be discovered in such ridiculous ways?

In addition to finding Satan, this character (pun intended) has found such memorable favorites as: Winnie the Pooh, Falcor (from Neverending Story), the Dwarfs, Abraham Lincoln, Jabba the Hutt, Simba, the Tin Man, and best of all... Moses. Moses is apparently making an appearance in the smoke.

:mgbanghead

I'm telling you- I'm not a very good government stooge, because I couldn't make this :toiletpap up if I tried...

Well Kevin Barrett did say that Disney's Alladin was an attempt to stir up anti-Muslim hatred.

For anyone interested in further research on this phenomena of seeing faces in things ala Killtown and the Virgin Mary in the toast, it's known as Pareidolia, which is a form of Apophenia- or the "experience of seeing patterns in meaningless data"- which seems to be at the very heart of conspiracy theories.

You think I am making this up? Believe me, I couldn't make up this stuff!

Barrett: It is not just the Nazis Alex, you know Walt Disney put out this cartoon, I believe in the early 30s or late 20s of the three little pigs, and the Big Bad Wolf in that cartoon is a tall hook-nosed Jewish stereotype. A lot of people don’t know about this, but Disney was apparently a little anti-Semitic himself.

Well, fast-forward a little bit, and when was it, in the 80s? Actually early 90s late 80s when Aladdin came out they put out this exact same exact caricature, it is almost a reworking of the big bad wolf. But now it is Jafar, this evil Vizier in this Middle Eastern country. It is like they have taken this anti-Jewish stereotype, and they have flipped it upside down and now it is this anti-Arab Anti-Muslim stereotype.

Jones: Absolutely.

Amazing...

Funny thing is the wolf (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:BigBadWolfInComics.jpg) in Three Little Pigs doesn't look remotely Jewish.

Well, on Barjoneretts planet, a snout and jaw are the same as a nose. The funny thing is I think one of the little fat pink pigs looks a lot like Jones! Maybe Disney knew that Alex was going to save us all.

Sir,

Results of 911 smoke effects v. disappointing.
Can't see a bloody thing.

Suggest re-watching 'Quatermass and the Pit' to see how it should be done.

Get it right next time, or else.

PS - See you and marjorie at the NWO Cheese and Sausage evening next Friday?

I thought that if the wolf wanted to eat pigs, he wasn't jewish.

Then again, it's hard to follow the CT mindset

Hang on, wasn't everyone in that from the same place? So, logically, Muslims are in fact heroes who saved us all from the evil plot of, um, some other Muslims. Or at least, they would have been if there were any. Which there weren't. Incidentally, there shouldn't have been any Arabs either. Alladin was originally a story about a Chinese boy and his evil uncle, but because it was told in the book 101 Arabian Nights, everyone assumes it is about Arabs.

Y'know, most of the faces-in-smoke pictures I've seen before actually look kinda like faces, after someone suggests it. But most of the pictures on this guy's page just look like smoke. I can't figure out what parts he things look like faces. Which I guess says that this guy is slightly more insane than the others.

All the characters in Disney's Aladdin are Muslims.

Except, perhaps, the villain Jafaar. In the original Tales, Jafaar was a good and clever vizier in the court of Haroun Ar-Rasheed, more or less the Spock of that frequently-reused cast of characters. The evil sorcerors in the Tales, of which Disney's Jafaar is more typical, are "Maigian fire-worshippers" --historically, Zoroastrians. So it makes much more sense to say the movie is really pro-Muslim, crypto-anti-Zoroastrian.

However, Disney did include the lyric (describing the setting) "Where they'll cut off your nose if they don't like your face" in the opening song. They changed it for the video and DVD releases. (The alternative, apparently, would have been to take every Arab to dinner two at a time, where one would order the roast duck and the other have no appetite.)

And of course, as Cuddles pointed out, in the original Aladdin tale they're all Chinese. (Though to be fair, the culture depicted in the story is still much closer to Classical Arabian than Chinese.)

Respectfully,
Myriad

That's kind of debatable... what I mean is there's absolutely no depiction whatsoever of Islam in the film. It could as easily be set in a pre-Muslim Arab city.

It certainly presents Arabian culture, but there's no religion in it.

Well, to be fair, the original "China" didn't even remotely resemble China of the era it was penned, and pretty much 100% resembled a Middle Eastern Arab Muslim state. Not only do they all have Arabian names, but everyone is explicitly Muslim.

Kind of like Shakespeare, in that regard.

Who went into the Wayback Machine and took a photo of Moses so that he knows what Moses really looks like?

Of did he really mean that Charleton Heston made an appearance in the smoke?

Look we shouldn't mock this serious researcher, guys. Not only did he go to the trouble of watching these clips on youtube, not only did he then pause these videos but he then took screenshots before uploading them to a free webhosting company. Do you really think he'd go to all that effort if he didn't know what he was talking about?

I think someone should check Charlton Heston's filmography at IMDB before mocking him, OK?

What I find really odd is how these images in the smoke never even remotely resemble the thing they think they do.

I mean, I've gazed up at clouds before and managed to identify various things in them, so I can kind of understand people doing that with the smoke from 9/11 (although thinking that this actually means anything is another thing entirely...). However what gets me is too often these images don't even begin to resemble the think these people see.

It may actually be solid evidence of mental illness.

Er... need I remind you we're discussing the allegedly intentional appearance of favourite cartoon characters in the smoke of a major office fire.

"Wall of stupid" just doesn't cut it. That's like calling WWI an "altercation".

I doubt it's parody -- but this guy is one lazy mother in the world of stark raving nutcases. I don't think anyone can touch the blinding nutbaggery of the Photoshop Lizard Overlord Lady. Apparently, Google's CEO is not human, and the Virginia Tech killer had an implant in his head:

Reading sites like that make me realise that mental illness is a deeply serious problem in the modern world, and scientists and medical researchers need to get a wiggle on with discovering better treatments and possibly cures.

Wow, who would have thought it was so simple.
