No truth to the claims.

Surprisingly, perhaps, these are exactly the same people who fault Lincoln for taking away states' rights.

Kennedy gets the same treatment. Everyone shot him (six or more according to one buffoon). But, at the same time, Kennedy did more to liberalise the US and at the same time create a true military-industrial complex. He also more than quintupled US 'advisers' based in South Vietnam. There's little doubt that Kennedy was a firm believer in 'big government', selecting a group of eggheads such as McNamara and Galbraith among his inner circle.

Conspiracists enjoy simplifying things by magnifying one or two aspects of a President's character and policies and eschewing everything else.

If the Rothschilds indeed were so compelled to remove Lincoln, why not just fund McClellan or outright send weapons and supplies to the Confederates? If they truly used the British monarchy as their personal political pawn, why couldn't a single nation in Europe even bother to recognise the CSA?

I could go on but the flaws are chasmic.

It also says that a fake John Wilkes Booth then jumped from the balcony into the stalls below, and that the expression "break a leg" comes from this dive.

For those of you who don't know - the leg in "break a leg" isn't a human leg. You know those curtains on the sides of the stage that stop you from seeing sidestage? Those are called legs.
