This is ooold.
As to Bob Lazar, his claims are questionable, at best. For example, I believe he claimed that "element 115" is used to power the crafts he studied. This element, Ununpentium, was recently discovered, but exhibits none of the properties he described it as having.

I believe in life out side of Earth, but I don't believe that the Government is in cahoots with Aliens.
I believe that the Govt have built crafts just to try and develop the ability to hover and whatnot but I don't believe that they are behind the UFO's.

The best explanation I ever heard for the Roswell crash was that a US military aircraft carrying live nuclear weapons crashed. It fits all of the evidence very neatly (even the alien stories make sense, as the govt would prefer these being propagated over the truth).

Maybe old but it's new to me and it's dated January 13, 2007 as being uploaded

I thought it was some sort of a spy balloon. I remember reading about it in Carl Sagan's Candle in the Dark, but my memory's foggy.

Yeah that's the official military account.
I'm probably thinking of a different one.
Apparently one of the more compelling UFO stories comes from where I grew up in Marlborough, New Zealand.

Roswell has been pretty much completely explained as being Project Mogul.

I 'believe' in Aliens but it's more of a probablility thing, I'm open to the idea there is intelligent life SOMEWHERE on the Universe (there's bound to be at least one other intelligence). However I don't think they've come anywhere near us, there may not even be any in this galaxy.
