...yes...oh YES!!!!....

Early 70's...US Air Force base in the wilds of Michigan's Upper Peninsula...winter...no car...sun only up 7 hrs/day...intense boredom...

Can't remember where I found it...one of those overpass-figure 8 slot car tracks...hmmm...too simple...hey, y'know, if you tape these matchbooks across the tracks, they make the cars jump...do it on the straight, they'll jump the length of the straight and the guide pins land in the slot...cool...how many of 'em can we put in, and how high will they jump?

Good thing we didn't try to replicate the experiment with the pick'em'up trucks in the motor pool...:eek:...

Those movable ramps make the bouncing so interesting...I LUVVIT!!!:wink8:
