A local news article started ringing my skepticism warning bells starting from the first paragraph, with a technobabble-sounding 'medical' technique called "Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination" (BIE). A Google search for the phrase in quotes turns up precisely 45 hits, hardly the sign of a peer-reviewed procedure...
