While last night's death of Mullah Dadullah is a tremendous win for the ISAF/coalition forces, just thought you might like to know what those of us living in Kabul are bracing ourselves for...

With the death of Mullah Dadullah now confirmed, we would be wise to brace ourselves for a response.
I see the following as possibly on the cards:
- A wave of high yield suicide attacks;
- Intense assassination attempts against VIP and key figures, especially in GOA, ISAF and Coalition;
- A possible ‘conspicuous atrocity’ such as a mass execution of foreigners;
- Extensive abductions and executions
- All of the above
I think the only thing for sure is that that Taliban will not take the deaths of Mullah Dadullah quietly and will certainly be looking for suitable revenge.
Please all keep on high alert for any information or indicators or a response to this event.
