You really get a feel for the extent of the collapse... http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5474006551011489413

This is one of the clearer pieces of footage that shows the core's delayed collapse compared to the rest of the building.
This was released on the 5th anniversary of 9/11, last year. Although it is not new to me, it is one of the rarer pieces of footage from that dreadful day.

Yes it was released last year. Very clear footage. Good to review it again from a educational pov. Thanks Walrus.

Though not easy, it is more tolerable if you turn the volume off.

And of course the woos have slapped on their obligatory '911 was an inside job' in the description.

I saw that too. I think this one is a rehost because the "first" one had a longer desription and explained the gaps in the time

I think they did it because she says "I think it was a military jet" at one point. That said, I have a feeling whoever made that video would be up the creek about the woo's using it to further their disrespect for the lives lost that day.
It's pretty f****ing eery to hear the radio in the backround describe exactly what they are seeing with their own eyes.
Probably one of the 'best' pieces of footage to show the initial damage to WTC7 too.

Much higher quality 71MB Quicktime version is here (http://www.mattjonesblog.com/wtc.mov), in case anyone is interested.
ETA: Why o why did I read the comments in the OP's URL? I'm tired of feeling like the main character in "Idiocracy".

that is quite a footage. Real time. The filming of the fire trucks and the people really does show you how it all happened, at least from that point of view.
Who cares if the woos are using it. They do that with every piece of moving picture they can.
At 12:44 the woman says "Yeah they're attacking the world trade center, not us."
Could "They" be the 'terrorists' and "us" the americans?
I wonder if there are more videos like these....people keeping them secret because they don't want to bring it up after 6 years. But the evidence that they could provide... It's like the zapruder film.

I think she's reassuring someone on the phone that she's okay, her building wasn't being attacked.

Yes, I guess you could read it that way. And it's FAR more logical.
Thanks.

Here is the FAQ site about the video. It explains the gaps in the video and answers some CT questions such as were any explosions heard. I don't have posting privileges yet, but pasting this partial URL will work.

I am sure that for 10 or 100's of thousands of people who saw this live in NY that those images will never leave.
