Funnily enough, though I got the first one correct, and had a run between about 60 and 75 where I was having a 50% success rate. If I was woo and didn't look at my overall score, I would concince myself that I had psychic potential from that!

Er this time I ony got 16% correct, but a higher psychic score. Guess they are using a 2 tailed test and count a significantly lowered score as psychic as much as a significantly higher one?

This time I tried really hard to get them wrong - and got 26/100 correct - score of 1.5. Interesting that you can stop and check your psychic score, and then carry on where you left off. So you check it every 10 goes and stop if by chance you got a score indicating you had some psychic ability. And then go around telling everyone you were psychic, and a test on the computer proved it!

100 "guesses", 16 correct. Actually, rather than guessing, I just picked whatever the last "correct" symbol was, in order to test the randomness. Expected result would have been 20; I would guess 16 is within acceptable parameters of experimental error, but I don't remember how to do the calculations.
