Raw Story just ran this:

Raw Story's slant, to me anyway, hints at credibility for Rosie's WTC7 rant and the same old tired garbage we all here are familiar with. They have a liberal bent so that is not surprising. Just disappointing.

Well it's not really disappointing if it's expected.
I've lost respect for the Left a long time ago.

I'm tied of people painting all liberals like these kooks. Most liberals believe, like I do, that the government knew of an attack but didn't know when or where. There is plently of evidence for that. Aug. 6th PDB and a meeting on sept 10th is evidence of that. Conspircy theorists conflate that into "LIHOP" and the right buys into the left are all kooks crap. Which is why I lost all respect for the right.

There's a certain element of "the enemy of my enemy" that gets a lot of lefties (including many woos) on board the bandwagon. Many won't care (or care to think about) how true the accusations are, just that they're being made.
Extremists, whether left or right, are easily co-opted by those with a co-inciding agenda.

Sorry to hear that.
There are perfectly sane lefties like me.
I think that right is worse as they seem to be involved in more controversies.

It just reiterates that stupidity is an equal opportunity employer. Left, right, republican, democrat, uneducated, highly educated, military, civilian, corporate, wage slave, public servant, anonymous, famous, infamous...
Makes no difference. Stupid is as stupid does.

I second that.
An advanced degree just means you had the tenacity to make it through that many years of school - it implies nothing about actual intelligence. I've known too many PhDs who were complete idiots to fall for that.

Yup. Bush should have known something was coming and he failed to protect us. At the very least SOMEONE in the administration, whether it was George Tenet, Condoleeza Rice, Richard Mueller, should have been charged with criminal negligence.

RS is intentionally out there for stuff the MSM won't touch. Kind of like the World Net Daily of the Leftosphere, and about equally credible on their big "scoops".
It's funny because I actually just shrugged my shoulders when I saw the video clip at first and almost didn't post it. It was well-established that Rosie did the Truther thing during the breaks, but apparently not as well-established as I thought, as the post got picked up literally everywhere.

It was even on Hannity & Colmes this evening. And they didn't even have the decency to mention that we broke the story. :D

When the middle gets off the fence and does something positive.
For the record I'm a registered independent. ;)

For the record, I am a Liberal Socially, with Conservative Leanings in terms of Economics, but I voted NDP (Socialist) in the last election here in Canada...because I knew the candidate personally, and knew she was a good person who would do a good job.
I think, because the 9/11 kooks are percieved as being mainly Left leaning, that it is PARAMOUNT for those on the Left who are not 9/11 Kooks, to work that much harder to isolate/vet/denounce the kooks for what they are...
