Or MPlayer. (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html) There's a version for Windows available.

A little late but if you have Audacity (free) you can record in real time - usually selecting wave as source will get you the soundtrack.

If you have VirtualDubMod, you can just follow this tutorial.
VirtualDubMod Audio Ripping Guide.
1. Go to "File" and then "Open Video File" and open your video file.
2. Once the file is opened, go to "Streams" and then "Streams List".
3. Right click on the audio file that appears and click "Full Processing Mode".
4. Right click on the audio file again and this time select "Compression"
5. Select "MPEG Layer-3" and in the right box select "128kbits 48,000 Hz, Stereo, 16kb/s"
If 128kbits is not present, pick the best fit compression you can find.
6. Back in "Streams List", select "Demux".
7. In the save box, name the file as "name.mp3" with name being whatever you want. Make sure to include the extension.
8. Save and watch the converter do it's work.
The tutorial was given to me by Wings btw
