View Full Version : The Beginning of the End of Genesis. The Birth of the Religious terrorist.

Genesis says a lot of interesting things...This is a section from a faither web page to explain to the masses the reason for us to be here.

"From this Scripture we learn that when God created man, He first formed a body. Why did God make the body first? He made the body first because it would be the dwelling place into which He would place man's soul. Do you know that your body is your house; the temporary "tent" in which "the real you" (your soul) lives? That is what the Scriptures teach, saying, "The body we have on earth is like a tent." (2 Cor. 5:1) God created the human body for the soul to dwell in.":D

Let's take this first part and see the tiny importance the human body is given by the bible. This faither mentality:"that there is something better; that the body is only ''a tent'' to be cast aside later", is what produces our evil religious terrorists, capable of fantastic acts of "faith". Or devastating acts of "evil".

Next:-

What are we - to the books, faithers and their god?

"With what did God create the first human body? The Scriptures say that the Lord formed it from the dust of the ground. In the modern age in which we live, we know that the dust of the earth is composed of about twenty chemicals. Scientists tell us that all twenty of those chemical substances are found in the human body":D

So here we see the faithers using the authority of science to tell us what the body is (the tent) and attempting to add some glory of god by including some unknown - fake - idea - spiritual energy called a soul. Strange how they use science (as anything else) when it seems to help them! But instantly they revert to "we know better" mentality when those same science text books that tell them what we are made of, refute the idea of a soul...magic. A lot like the story of the 3 wise men who give the 'birth' authentication...which by the way has never been authenticated, even though wise men of that time (ie astronomers) kept records of bright objects in the sky, never was a star/planet seen at that time!

"We already observed that when God first created the body of man from the dust of the earth, it was without life. It was only a corpse. Why did God first create the body of man, before He put the soul in it? Why did God, who is all powerful, not create man in one simple step, as He had done with all the other creatures?":D

So we are but living corpses, zombies to these faithers. The dust that we are made of has had the "breath of life" placed into it...but ask this question...

Why do we have cells? You'd think god would simply make us out of mud/dust and the soul would be powerful enough to mobilise an inanimate hulk into life. What's the point of biochemistry?

Just another thing IT can't do I guess!

And the moral of the story...we are meant to learn we are mortal! Logical fallacy of the most inept 'kind'...Sooo an immortal soul needs to be taught that it is merely mortal in the human body...

Well I'm sure any self respecting immortal soul would have believed god if IT had simply said so! Why go to all that trouble?

"One: God gave man a mind (spirit), so that he could know God.
Two: God gave man a heart (emotions), so that he could love God.
Three: God gave man a will (freedom of choice), so that he could obey God.":D

Here are 3 classic fallacies of the faither mind...

Well I have a mind (presumably) yet I know not of god. Oh yes, of course I know what the word god is referring to - an infantile idea to explain and guide, but the true notion of what god is supposed to be completely eludes me..and I'm glad it does!

Emotions are (as the mind above) totally dependant upon that biochemistry for which god should have no use...

And they talk of freedom....to obey! I love this one because it needs no science to explain it, in fact it needs no explanation at all - it is a self inflicted wound!

Oh yeah...

"There is something else that God gave to man, whom He created in His own image. He placed in the soul of man a will. God permits every person to choose his own path. God Himself has authority to choose whether He will do something or not. Thus, God created man with the right and responsibility to make important choices for himself. God could have created man so that he would (automatically) do His will, and not have any choice in the matter. However, God gave to man a free will and the responsibility to choose for himself whether to obey God. God did not want to create a mere machine (robot). God did not create man in the image of the sun that rises every day, but has no choice in the matter. The sun fulfils the will of God every day "automatically." That is not how it is with man. Man is a special creation. God created us for Himself. God wants us to choose to love Him and worship Him. God has committed a great responsibility to man! Man must choose for himself whether to follow God or Satan, whether he will cherish the Word of God or despise it. God will not force anyone to believe His Word. He will never force us to love Him and obey Him. Love is not love if it is coerced. God allows each of us to choose for ourselves which path we will follow. But, in the end, God will judge everyone who rejects His kingdom, because God created man for Himself. That is what the Scriptures say.":D

I would like to define god = A self opinionated, egocentric, megalomaniac, pathetic excuse for brutality.

God (IT) has come straight from the hell-hole of the human imagination, and spews forth 'almost' unimaginable misery and suffering to the inhabitants of this mud ball.

So is this the beginning of the end for genesis?;)

All you zombies
Hide your faces
All you people
in the Street
All you sittin'
In high places

The rain's gonna fall on you!

No, the story goes, if you follow along, that the body is mortal, the temporary tent, and that the soul is immortal. This is where "save your soul" is such a fun word game, since it can't be spent if it is immortal.
I would like to define god = A self opinionated, egocentric, megalomaniac, pathetic excuse for brutality.
Then why don't you? What is stopping you from defining god that way? Are you afraid he'll kick your butt? Passive voice is for wimps. :p
So is this the beginning of the end for genesis?;)
No. (Unless you burn all Bibles and Torah's, and find a way to erase all web pages with Genesis on it, and erase all memory of Genesis form all minds that have Genesis in memory.)

Next question?
