I do wish I could claim credit for coining this, but I encountered it on the Dresden Codak (http://www.dresdencodak.com) forum and thought it was worth sharing. It's the best word I've yet seen for describing stuff like no-plane theories, Star Wars beam weapon theories, remote-controlled plane theories and most other manifestations of pseudoscientific crankery and kookery.
guanophrenic (gwä'nō-frěn'ĭk) adj.
1. Bat@#$% crazy
[from guano, the dung of bats or birds, used as fertilizer (Spanish, from Quechua huanu, dung) and -phrenia, suff. mental disorder; (from Greek phrēn, mind.)]

Not a single word as an adjective, but lyrics from a great song performed by a great band provides a great description of the fools:
Brain Damage
(Waters) 3:50
The lunatic is on the grass.
The lunatic is on the grass.
Remembering games and daisy chains and laughs.
Got to keep the loonies on the path.
The lunatic is in the hall.
The lunatics are in my hall.
The paper holds their folded faces to the floor
And every day the paper boy brings more.
And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
The lunatic is in my head.
The lunatic is in my head
You raise the blade, you make the change
You re-arrange me 'til I'm sane.
You lock the door
And throw away the key
There's someone in my head but it's not me.
And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
"I can't think of anything to say except...
I think it's marvelous! HaHaHa!"

I like the phrase Maddox used to describe listening to any of the CTist crap: being bukkaked with stupid.

That works.
Both "guanoprhenic" and Pink Floyd, that is.

Perfect! If you sync the album up to the "Wizard of Oz" this song plays when the Scarecrow appears. Everyone knows he's brainless.

My all-time favorite describing 9/11 Truthers is Mose Allison's, "Your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime," linked to in my sig.
Sitting there yakkin' right in my face
Coming on like you own the place
If silence was golden
You couldn't raise a dime
Cause your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime
You're quoting figures, you're dropping names
You're telling stories, you're playing games
You always laugh when things ain't funny
You try to sound like you don't need money
If talk was criminal, you'd lead a life of crime
Cause your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime
You know that life is short and talk is cheap
Don't make promises that you can't keep
If you don't like the song I'm singing, just grin and bear it
All I can say is if the shoe fits wear it
If you must keep talking please can you make it rhyme
Cause your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime
Cause your mind is on vacation and your mouth is working overtime
