Now correct me if I'm incorrect, but don't these show the ultimate proof, that these guys actually were responsible for 9/11? Unless you claim the CIA forced these guys (Who clearly would not allow themselves to be) to do these tapes, I'm not really sure you can do to explain them away? I mean, you could explain Bin Laden's confession away with the Al-Qeada claim of the NY blackout, but these tapes from people who are actually now dead?

the problem will inevitably be of course that the truthers are very selective in what video evidence they care to use. they can always assert that anything could be faked if it doesn't agree with their side of the story.

It's sad, one of those videos shows that horrible image of the young palestine child and his father being shot by troops. It is sad to see it exploited by the same people who see hijacking a plane with a group of schoolchildren onboard is justification.

These videos should be the defining feature to prove the CT's wrong. With these, it doesn't matter about voice morphing, structual engineering, NORAD this-that etc, you have guys saying they are going to destroy America with no proof that these are faked! Why can they never get this into their heads?

Some of our wackier adversaries believe that all the video footage showing the planes hitting the towers has been convolutedly fabricated. Even the relatively sane ones rely on ideas that are, by any reasonable measure, simply barmy. Compared to and in light of such beliefs, concluding that the martyrdom videos were also fabricated would require only a trivial leap of illogic.

Yosri Fouda says that Ramzi Binalshibh told him all but one of the hijackers recorded a final video (we don't know which one that is). My guess is we'll see a few more appear every anniversary of 9/11, maybe with the major figures saved for the 10th. If true, people who want to explain these away are going to have a lot of handwaving to do. (And it might make it a little more difficult to pretend that "some of the hijackers are still alive", too.)

Hmm, good question. I'd take a guess at "no": there's not the same propaganda value in boasting about 7/7, & so maybe it won't be inspiring any more As Sahab productions. But I could easily be wrong, maybe they've a video saved up for use at some "appropriate" moment...?

Only Tanweer was released on the 1st anniversary..so.. Is it possible Khan and Tanweer were the only ones who did a video? They seem to be the main architects of the attack, and Lindsay lived in Luton. Also, I may be wrong, but I think Hussein was tagged on in the last month, given he wasn't on the 'practice run' on june 28th..
