I just read this on an Israeli local newspaper. Seems as though the Israeli television company "Keshet" sold the format of Uri Geller's TV show "The Successor" to a German television channel. The show will air in a few months.
Uri Geller himself will take part in the show (a judge of some sort perhaps?).
I wonder if part of the format is to catch Geller cheating on camera.
P.S.
I tried looking for the article in an English version with no luck.

I think the potential successor's ability to avoid being caught cheating on camera should be awarded with a huge bonus score :p .
ETA: Not that Uri would be a good teacher, though.

The show was a huge success in Israel and everyone talked about it especially after the cheating incident which just brought more audience to the show. I heard a radio interview with geller who was asked about the that case. He of course said that there was no cheating but ended with a laughter saying to his interviewer, "But you know what? people are busy with did he cheat or not and so on. I just say there is no bad publicity. Just look at how high the rating jumped after that show and that's what's important."
I hate him.
