They plan on putting a big up steel sign during the Burning Man Festival this year.
From the site
The TruthBurn art sculpture will be engulfed in 6' high propane flames at night to commemorate the loss of life at 9/11 and loss of life in its aftermath all over the globe. Thermite or thermate cutter charges will bring the structure down in a "controlled demolition" towards the end of the week long Burning Man festival. Spokespersons from the truth movement will be on hand to answer questions from the press and festival participants. The partly destroyed letters from the sculpture that spell the word "Truth" will then be available for art galleries, public protests and nationwide calls for a new independent investigation into the events around 9/11. Architects Richard Gage and Scott Page and civil engineer, Charles Pegelow are advising and participating in the development process for TruthBurn.
However, this is where the humor comes in
A licensed demolition company will at the proper time, set the thermate cutter charges diagonally around the two main 1 foot by 1 foot support structures and set them off on signal. In case the ignition is deemed too harmful to view with the naked eye, appropriate eye protection will be offered to those in attendance.
Wow, a demo company. Maybe the idiots could ask them a few questions about the WTC collapse or how real demolitions work. :boggled:

appropriate eye protection? Blindfolds so they don't spot the guys with the oxyacetylene torches weakening the structure beforehand?

And of course the tens of thousands of witnesses in New York on 9/11 all had eye protection. Do you think that when these guys see what a real thermite reaction looks like it will sink in through their thick skulls that nothing resembling that occured on 9/11.

Well, the funniest thing I can imagine happening is a collapse on the first night due to fire heating the horizontal section and causing it to sag and fall inwards (after first expanding and cracking the support they use)
Oh if only life were purposely vindictive :)

Is it me, or does anyone else think they plan on "fixing" the fire/sign so the it doesn't fall? We are talking about a group of people who have proven to manipulate footage, audio, interviews, and quotes.

I like this part:
An estimate for the structure’s construction as described here has been obtained from a number of steel fabricating companies. The amount is $25,000.00 -A rough estimate for transport, assembly & removal (the piece will come in three pieces) , demolition experts, peripherals, publicity materials, security, housing & insurance is estimated to be an additional $35,000.00 We therefore seek a total of $60,000.00 for this project. As we have missed the filing deadline for the art grants for the 2007 Burning Man festival, we are seeking this amount from organizations and individuals who see the value in such a display.Anybody dumb enough to think that Twoofers are going to give them $60,000 shouldn't be trusted with a cigarette lighter.

One of the reasons why it's going to cost them $60 grand is that they're using far too much steel; the whole thing is poorly designed. I'm guessing that doing everything by remote control isn't exactly cost effective, either. Maybe they have to do it that way so that they can pretend that it's some sort of experiment that produces actual evidence, who can say?
One wonders how many people, if they saw the display at an art fair (I got the impression that this was meant for an art fair) would walk by saying, "I get it. The Truth, the Truth, the Truth is on fire!"

No budget for a trial run?
No one would go through with this plan without a trial run, and that will add much more to the cost.
Of course the trial run will fail, and we will never no.
Edit: I see they have plans for a small test. Hope the results suck them into the full scale show including trying to replicate the diagonal cuts with thermate.
They also have a budget "security(our own)". Apparently the NWO will try to disrupt.

I see that they have included insurance in their "budget". Good luck to them on purchasing insurance to protect them from liability for such an ill-conceived, untested, and obviously potentially dangerous, venture and still remain within their "budget" while having the experiment actually be viewable up close by anyone.
'Tis a shame, really, as I too would love to see them try to replicate those angled cuts using therm*te somehow affixed to steel columns.

:newlol Seconded.
You would think that if you went to the trouble of raising $60,000 (and I doubt that they will) for Teh Twoof, you would spend it on engaging a lawyer to work on the legal case against the eevil NWO.
No, twoofers want to symbolically burn things, and blow things up, in the hopes of infecting woo-woos with their JAQing-off mass psychosis.

The CD, insurance and eye protection are all just scams. It will really be brought down by a 757. Under remote control. Which will pull up at the last second. And launch a missle. While NORAD stands down.

Nope. Burning Man is an art festival held in Nevada every year for the past five or six years.
As to the costs they're estimating.... Nonsense. You can't hire a legitimate CD company to travel to the site and take down a structure for less than that entire amount. They'd have to be in on the trial, and would have to do the pre-planning, etc... A crew of three or four involved in this would eat up all their funds.
On the bright side, they don't mention "permits", but "permissions". I think the festival site is owned by the organizers and they probably can "blow it up real good" if they want to.

The guy behind this seems to be a veteran "movement-oid". Somehow Carol Brouillet is also involved (she of the Deception Dollar and the Superheroes for Impeachment/Superheroes for 911 Truth), though it's not clear just how. It'll probably be relegated to a laser light show or some other symbolism, but the fact that they're just using the word "Truth" and not including "911" probably means they'll get it included in the festival somehow, but with very few people understanding what they're getting at.
I predict the massive media impact of Superheroes for 911 Truth - just took place this month... you mean you didn't hear about the massive popular uprisings right after those nine costumed people showed up in Palo Alto with signs.....?

It was "so successful" (as witnessed by the thousands upon thousands of people swarming them in the photos) that they decided to trot out the same gimmick and have a Superstars for 911 Truth Day. And that you'll recall made all the no major media!

I dearly want this to happen. I dearly want to see them heat the structure all night then turn off the burners and have the structure collapse as the steel cools and contracts after having suffered creep during the heating phase. If not the first night then on a subsequent night. Or , perhaps, to have the propane burners not ignited again after the first night because the structure had suffered too much danage during the first night.
On the other hand why do I get the feeling that they will be unable to ;
raise the funds to do this;
not get permission to do this;
not be able to find a demolition company that will drop the structure in the fashion they want(thermite cutting).
Then they will blame the NWO for thwarting their demonstration,
