He always struck me as the smartest of the three (Also gave them some much needed credibility, having served in Afghanistan)
And now, for the last couple of months... Nothing? Has his conscience gotten the better of him? Are his instincts telling him that it's a sinking ship? My guess would be, that he has finally realized how far off Dylan is, there WAS no conspiracy, and hes trying to walk away from it, before it gets too emberassing...

I've messaged him a few times over myspace. He really didn't seem too interested in talking about the other 2. :boggled:

I think he has smartly faded into the woodwork, likely a mix of being left behind, and he himself growing up (I think he is older than the other two..certainly acted that way).

For his service, he deserves respect.
For the role he played in LC, not so much.

What a dillema... I assume he realized the nature of the twoof, but what now? Should he speak up against his former coworkers and friends or not?
I assume he also made a handsome amount of cash out of all of this... If that's the case, the only way he can pay back his former dishonesty, is by speaking up against it. Not necessarily by making a website, and offering himself up for interviews for everybody, no be dignified about it. Any time somebody asks you how the truthmovement is going, he should tell them that he is no longer a part of it, and BTW Dylan is full of crap.

I'm actually curious about Korey myself. Sure, he spouts ignorant things for a bit ("We put errors in LC" and "Taliban freedom fighters"), but at least he is not as annoying as Dylan and Jason. He hasn't accused the NYFD as being part of the coverup.

BTW: Bermas is the elder misstatesman of the three.

Rowe has always struck me as a mismatch.
You've got Dylan and Jason - both completely nuts (although Dylan seems to be having some doubts based on his Hardfire performance).
Then you've got Korey...who just seems to hang out in the background doing nothing. It's like they hired him just to say they have military personel on the team.

I'm not saying I hope the guys cures cancer or anything, but I refuse to speak ill of another vet's service. The fact that he served warrants respect.

But you can still speak ill of all his other actions.

Hasn't Korey been the primary cameraman for the first two films?

I didn't actually notice this until you guys pointed it out, but it definitely does seem like he's been going under the radar.

If a tree falls in the forest and lands on a mime, does anyone really care?

He still shows up in their mafia/gangsta posters for LTW, so I dunno if he is gone, but he is definitely either voluntarily or not, flying under the radar.

Korey doesn't have the status of Dylan, or the mouth-frothing insanity of Bermas. He doesn't have the same level of mis(information) as either Dylan or Bermas either, and he has shown that he can't handle pressure (see his infamous "we left the errors in on purpose" line).
Korey is a liability and LTW knows that. You won't ever see Korey in a debate or in any type of intensive interview from a skeptic. He's a vet who has questions, and that's good enough for LTW.
In my opinion, LTW is heading for a split very soon. When they began this nonsense, they all had the same level of interest. Since then, it appears to me that Bermas wholeheartedly believes it, and could easily become Alex Jones' Mini-Me, while Dylan seems to be more interested in celebrity, and all that offers, and Korey... well, Korey seems to have been the least vocal ofthe group - possibley along for the ride, but not nearly as interested as the other two.
If, and that's a huge if, LCF is actually ever released, I think that the paths of these three will split soon afterwards. Bermas will remain a conspiracy personality. Dylan will try to launch a 'real' film career. When that fails, he will set his sites on other conspiracys, hoping to tap another kook market - maybe he'll do a JFK or UFO "documentary" to try to cash in. And Korey will fade into oblvion, never admitting that he was wrong, but settling on the 'conspiacy-lite' version, and saying that he there are still unanswered questions.
Just my 2-cents.

Nice post VespaGuy. Some great points indeed.
To add to that though, I think the Opie and Anthony interview was also a classic example of Korey collapsing under pressure. As soon as things got a little difficult, he handed the phone over to Bermas.

Almost every video I've seen of Korey were he's out spreading the "truth" he seems to be more interested in chatting up women, so his current hiatus is probably due to the fact he's out womanizing!
Who can blame him though, I know that's what I'd rather be doing than hanging out with Dylan and Co. and doing nothing else but talk about super sekrit gubmint stuff.

the exact moment he disappeared was in the middle of that phone interview with Opie, Anthony & Jim Norton :D

You bastard...now I have the scene from Goldmember with Austin Powers and mini-me on the sub replaced by Alex Jones and Jason Bermas. I curse you for 1000 years for that...

Dylan is still only 23, Korey 24 and Bermas 27. Their ages combined are only 74. Griffin is 67 and Fetzer 66.. If you put the 3 LC guys together, you get one scholar!

Benedict Arnold was a respected veteran before he was appointed to command the fortress at West point.
It is cynically said that every man has his price. Arnolds price was 20,000 pounds. Rowes price for spreading false, libelous and defamatory propaganda that can only embolden the enemy and hurt US and allied morale is 17.95$ per DVD.
He gets absiolutely zero respect from me.

Korey's under the radar because he's not too art-smay. Jason's the one who's got the gift of gab in the group, and they've decided to let him be the front man.
Korey gets flustered easily, and then resorts to the oldest and least convincing of rhetorical tricks: Repeating himself at a louder volume. So he's not suitable for the role of being a spokesman, but he's handsome enough to keep around and he also serves the purpose of deflecting any "You're just anti-American!" criticism by virtue of his service.
