The only thing that can cure all diseases is decapitation...lol

It would be a laughing matter, except people die from cancer and other serious illnesses, when they put their faith and trust in unproven therapies.

Surgical Excision, Chemotherapy, and Radiation Therapy have a mountain of evidence behind them wrt treating cancer. No "alternative" therapy has such, unless you count various anecdotes, and the lies of the snake oil salesmen.

I tell you what, bring me one alternative therapy that you claim "cures" cancer, and then bring me a single double blind control trial with n>50, that confirms the claim.
