A lot of Scientology Companies are interested in computers and the internet

Earthlink and Scientology (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=scientology+earthlink&spell=1)

Listen closely and you will hear about Earthlink here too. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yC5C5U6_Sww)

Never heard that, and I have had Earthlink for years. Never got any Scientology spam, and I can access Operation Clambake (http://www.xenu.net/) with no problems!

same as what Wildcat said.

and customer service has been the usual mixed bag:

-competent people in the Phillipines,
-not-too helpful people in the Phillipines who only know a script,
and
-some helpful people from the Atlanta office.

mostly it works. When it didn't, it turned out to be a problem with our Mac hardware.

I might be overreacting. Actually, I hope I am. But the guy in this video says he got a job at Earthlink with no interview or related experience. He just basically was awarded the job by participating in what the Scientologists asked him to do (sign some agreement). But if he is telling the truth on the video, Earthlink keeps records on people and email unethically.

Plus if you google Earthlink and Scientology you will see lots of people say it is a Scientology Front.

Now, given Scientology's history, do you feel comfortable having Earthlink? Like I said, I hope I am overreacting.

Bill Thompson, after reading this link I would say you are not overreacting.

Interesting article about Dayton. His picture was creepy to me even before I read the article. He looks like a robot.
