Tom Lehrer introduced one of his songs, I forget which one, by talking about a very disturbing individual who used to say, "Life is like a sewer. You get out of it what you put into it."

For me, Life is like the boardgame, "Life." It's much more fun if you ignore the rules you think are stupid, hide other people's money and tokens, make jokes about putting your children in hock, and have a bowl of ice cream and/or a beer while you're doing it. It's also stupid. But spinners are fun. And sometimes I feel like a little plastic game piece.

Also, it's like Life cereal. Pretty bland unless you give it some raspberries. It's also better with beer and/or ice cream. Don't let it just sit around, or it'll get stale. Some contents are probably carcinogenic. The packaging is better than what's inside. You could probably do better. That *sshole Mikey likes it, why don't you?
