Multi-blogging?

OK, so I have a blog at blogger/blogspot.com and I'd like to have what I put there be duplicated on livejournal (cause 1/2 my friends use blogger, the other half use LJ). I could just cut and paste things, but that seems mighty clumsy.

So is there some program that automates this? You write up your entry, with pictures and all, then its posts them to both blog sites. Is there anything like this out there? Possibly in Mac format?
