I have to go into work for three hours this afternoon to make some calls about several things I cant do here.

On a Sunny Saturday.

I'm most likely going to be asked to call back and hour later for every call I make. Can you give me some entertaining reading material from a wonderful CT thread?

How about this one (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=57426) :D

I'm mean.

Ok, there is this one (forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=66146) about the old LCF meltdown - which was before your time on JREF, so you might not have seen it. It's a good popcorn eater.

The LCF Meltdown brings a tear to my eye. Good times, good times.

Crikey, I haven't been here long enough to get nostalgic, but that thread does bring a happy tear of reminiscence (well ok, laughter!) to my eye as I recall, having only joined this forum on the 12th October (yes I did have to go and check), I was presented with that comedy of errors, made by people, some of whom now seem so familiar and yet at the time were unknown to me, just as they remain unknown to the majority of people to this day.

Interesting also to see how many names no longer appear on the LCF.

I remember another thread from about the same time called: "More trouble in LC paradise. JohnDoe takes his research and goes home"
It had some very amusing moments, like when the man himself showed up in disguise.

For those who are fairly new here, it might be worth looking at the thread that got this entire Conspiracy Theory subforum started. It was Delphi Ote's thread titled Loose Change (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=53102). With one simple question (Has anyone else seen this 9/11 conspiracy theory "documentary?" ) he started this whole ball rolling.

It's in the stickies section at the top of the forum, along with parts II and III. Be warned though, they each exceed 100 pages.

Without a doubt, the best thread here is the "Debate, What Debate?" thread started by Dr Greening when he first arrived and nobody knew who he was. As always, the Jrefers descended on him without knowing he was their former hero. On the very first page of the thread RMackey even tried to debunk Greening by citing Greening!

Already tried to explain that to you (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?postid=2774161#post2774161), little one.

Well, obviously. :D

Still, a good teacher should never give up so easily.

I noticed your signature Rev...

Funny that you would use a statement ALLEGEDY made by this man, in a NONRECORDED, allegedy OVER THE PHONE interview with MR.Haas, a CTist himself. Not much evidence reallly...

How could I forget this one...

The time DJLegacy (an LCF admin at the time) showed up here to totally pwn Gravy. (http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?p=1689956#post1689956)

Only problem is - when Gravy agreed to debate, DJ had to go out to "help a friend". Thankfully, his "cousin" showed up to tell us all about it (forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=66146).
