What's a good website to buy literature at a cheap price? Or a site that has a lot of books, all different versions of them? Anyone want to throw their favorites out there?

www.bookfinder.com is a great site. It will do a search of online stores for your title.

Pope 130, never, ever put that as your reason for editing again.

Second-hand books - abebooks - they use .com, .co.uk, .de. etc.

http://www.addall.com

This is similar to the others, but it also posts fun quote to read while you're waiting for the search to complete.

Amazon.com is a wonderful starting point (for sheer numbers especially). Alibris.com and Abes are cool! http://www.edwardrhamilton.com/ for big listings of remaindered and discounted ('net and paper catalog!).

Damien,
You're probably right. I should just have said "Edited for undetected formatting errors in initial set up." It's my New England Puritan background, we think very highly of humility, infact, I feel (with all humility) that we have the finest humility in the world.

Back to the point. Another good sie is www.powells.com That's the web site for Powell's Books in Portland Oregon.

If free isn't too cheap for you, try Project Gutenberg (http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page).
