Okay, there is another similar topc on this (last nights kiss), but that one is by Nie, and seems a bit de-railed, so I wanted to ask a different question here:

Is there something wrong with me? I watched that last night (okay, one strike against me for watching the 1st 20 minutes of the VMA's, lol) and during that whole opening bit with Brittney, Christina, and Madonna, I kept thinking one thing. 'If I had to choice one of the three, I wouldn't have have to think about it. Madonna all the way'.

So here I am, a hot-blooded 24 year old male, and I want the 46 year old mother of two over the young, hot, single stars.

Madonna was looking awesome, her clothes were perfect, she danced AND sung better then her younger 'peers', and was overall the far better performer.

Politically, she drives me nuts more every year, and since I gre up and was born in the EXACT city in Michigan she was, I go nuts when I hear her Euro-trash accent. . . but Dang! she does it for me.

Nah, I prefer to think of her with her make-up on. Since I don't think I have a chance at seeing her 'the morning after' why bring myself down?

Excellent grip on reality you have there, son!

In any case, always go for the experience over the appearance - you have many senses besides sight...

Well, I don't think any of the three would make my short list of celebs that I would prefer to spend the night with. But Madonna does have experience that the younger two don’t have. She would be less likely to find certain things “icky”. Your attraction to her could not be considered outside of the normal range unless that range is defined by a prude.

Also, I was born and raised in Pontiac.

Well if had to choose Britney, Christina, or Madonna I would pick Britney.

All three are hot, rich, and talented (although I do not like any of their material) however Britney seems to me to be the most sane whereas Christina and Madonna seem to be a bit on the psycho side.

Poison Ivy Rorschach of the Cramps. (They ooze, you'll throb). She can kick Madonna's butt.

And, if SHE of all people DOES finds something "icky", you're probably better off not doing it in the first place...

Ever noticed that everybody who had less sex than you is a prude, while everybody who has more sex than you is a pervert?

Not sure I even want to think about that one. ==> Places hands over ears and starts to hum……… “I cannot hear you Skeptic!”

Based on those conditions, I aspire to be more of a pervert.

I really can't understand what the fuss is about. This was a staged event. It was a calculated publicity move by singers who market an image, not any real musical talent. I'm not against playing up lesbian imagery for a primarily heterosexual male audience, but there's a pretension to this particular little display that really does not impress me. They did not kiss because they wanted to kiss, they kissed because they expected people to care. Well, I don't. If I want to see lesbian porn, I'll watch lesbian porn. If I want to listen to music, I sure as hell won't listen to any of those three. I have no use for any of them as entertainers of any kind. :o

madonna is gapped (in more ways than one), she's dumb ( observe : http://www.gap.com/asp/shops/gap/tv_groove.asp?movieType=qt_hi ), she's a poseur, and she lost any genuine appeal when she did that stupid "erotica" stuff.

if you want good sex, Spears would be much better. Madonna doesn seem to have a real sex drive.....seems like more of an act. Just look at the people she dates....it just part of her resume.

and she's a horrible attress.

here watch this again http://www.gap.com/asp/shops/gap/tv_groove.asp?movieType=qt_hi

Chan Marshall has very interesting features - she looks different in every photo, sometimes very beautiful, sometimes not. But she seems the sort of person who, if she asked to use your bathroom, would get lost and you'd find her half an hour later having a nervous breakdown in your airing cupboard.

Still, 'You are Free' is one of the best records I've heard this year - it involves Eddie Vedder, Dave Grohl and the producer of Soundgarden and it still isn't rubbish. It's almost enough to erase the memory of her not-very-good cover of 'Bathysphere'.

It's interesting to note as you age how your views on some things change greatly and on others not at all. In some cases you veer towards what is more popular, in other cases away from it. In some cases your views stay the same while the views of others veers away from or towards yours.

Madoona makes me think about all that. I remember when she first became popular and I just didn't understand her appeal at all and yet she was still popular. Twenty years later I still don't understand her appeal at all and she is still popluar.

If I had to choose, Madonna would be on the bottom of the list.

I would've chosen Christina a few years ago--but, man, she's really out of control. Somebody needs to hook her up with trimspa and a new personal trainer.

at least maddona was self made. She's a rebel too. Some men might find that a good fantasy. With all the controversy in her videos over the years - especially when society was more prudish, then you can understand her reminding you of sex sex sex - That's all the woman seems to ooze.

She's been at it longer, and knows what sex appeal is. Those younger scamps are still clueless and guessing at it all. I think they look like sh*t lately-both brit and chris.

And hey, you know what they say about older women

;)

Sometimes a guy loves it when the woman is in control and aggressive instead of all "oh I don't think I should do this, Is this bad, or what do I do now?"(I'm the more imaginative one in my relationship). A woman who knows what to do and follows your lead or at least can go with the flow has got to be better than some wimpy little girl.

Who cares? The question is whether they have entertainment talent, and that is certainly a yes.

They are entertainers. Whether they have "real musical talent," whatever that is, is irrelevent.

I thought the best part of the whole show was the part where these three vixens were gyrating on the stage, but I guess I'm just a "dirty old man" so to speak.

If I had a chance to be with any of these three, I would probably finish before I started, if you know what I mean.

But if I had to choose one over the others, it would probably be Britney.
