Such a structure is certain to attract unwelcome visitors. It's in the suburbs, the article said, so it's going to be teenagers looking for a place to have sex. If it were more urban, it would be the homeless. So if Leona's idea of an elegant monument was "something littered with discarded condoms and beer cans", she's in luck.
