I just got the boot again at the LC Forum. This time, I didn't see it coming. Amazingly, I actually made a convert. The guy's name is Fernando. Check the thread started by p-dope (I forget his handle--911something, I think), the one about Gravy disrespecting the heroes.

Not to sure about the drums but Fernando Valenzuela often looked up to heaven as he wore Dodger blue...it was Troy.

Truely the truther world. Most boards would only ban someone as a sock puppet once they had the proof that they were. As with the rest of the Trythers, for LCF, suspicion is fact.

I don't think "Fernando" had anything to with my getting banned. Really, they were pretty tolerant. I posted throughout the day. The funny thing is, the debate wasn't nearly as heated as last week's. I just didn't see this one coming.
Two questions:
What is the deal with Troy, assuming that he is my mystery convert? Is he fer us or agin' us?
Someone called TxGuy tried to send me a PM, but I can't view it. Does anyone know him? Is he a JREfer?

Poster Bell is, to my knowledge, the only JREF poster who was banned at LCF before making a post. Posters Coritani and Mr. Herbert are tied for the record for quickest ban after a post, at three minutes from registration to banning. I'll give Pomeroo the title for most innocuous banworthy post.
I believe TAM should receive some recognition for being banned without registering, but I'm not sure what that should be.

I have really had some weird bannings. I have been banned at LCF three times. First time was after 17 minutes and 2 posts. I asked Dylan not to repeat the errors, that he admitted being in the 2nd edition. Second time was, when I wanted to post there the solution to the Boeing part mystery, that Apathoid solved. Dylan himself was asking help from JREFers. I got caught up in some exchange and got banned. The third time was, when I actually went there and said I liked their recent no-plane attitude. I hope they have ditched all no-plane theories themselves. I got banned for being a sock. I mentioned that j911ob is a sock of Pdoh, but he is still posting there as we speak.
Then I have been banned at prisonplanet.com comments section. After one comment. I have never heard anyone else being banned there.
Then the usual 911 blogger banning, after they voted down all my posts.
And now the recent nineeleven.co.uk pre-banning, where they don't even accept my registration.
It hard being a truther and banning all the time.

ETA: In any case, the point of my original post was whether or not the admins had checked anything before they banned. IVXX's post ("Hi troy. Get a life.") didn't exactly clear it up one was or the other. Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if it was - but that's not the point.

You know something, I am sick of those fools at LC misrepresenting thermodynamics and having a void of knowledge of combustibles. Someone that isn't banned needs to show them this site:
http://www.tcforensic.com.au/docs/article10.html
A simple match burns at 600-800 degrees Celsius. You can see plenty of plastics that would have caught fire given a source of flame. As someone who mistakenly put some aluminum wrapped wood chips that I thought had burned out onto my plastic shelves by the grill and watched as the plastic caught fire (and was difficult to put out), I can attest to how easy it is for plastics to catch fire. Plastics burn at the 400-600C range and I can assure you that there was a plethora of nylons, ABS, PC, PP and many others in the building.
Maybe someone should give the company a quick call and see their opinion about the fires at WTC and how hot the pile might get. It is an Aussie company so would be outside the reach of the evil govt conspiracy. Gravy?
