Since it appears that all they want is a "citizen's" (that is, mock) war crimes tribunal, why don't they skip the "making a public call for" it part, and go ahead and do it?

Could it be because actually convening the tribunal would force them to actually accuse specific people of specific criminal acts relating to 9/11? Which would expose the emptiness of their position when no evidence was forthcoming that any of those people performed those actions, or even that the actions occurred?

Actually, she is the one that oversees triage operations, but doesn't tell them where to go. ERs already have designated areas for Psychs, Respiratory, Traumas, etc.
