It was with a heavy heart that I learned of the passing of Lois Maxwell, best known for her roll of Miss Moneypenny in the James Bond movies.
The "Original Bond Girl" has passed at the age of 80

I, for one, will miss her dry witticisms, even though she has not appeared since "A view to a Kill", but along with the late Desmond Lleweland, she added a continuity that made the "Bond" movies a classic in our time. My one comfort is the thought that Heaven has hired the best secretary Earth had to offer. We will miss you, Lois.
