Well, it seems that china has it's own new claim to fame! Behold the chinese Loch Ness Monster:

"They could swim as fast as yachts and at times they would all disappear in the water," the Xinhua news agency quoted Zhuo as saying. "Their fins, or maybe wings, were longer than their bodies."

There was a book I read once a long time ago tht said lake monster sightings were nothing more than warm water mixing with cold water and making a writing twisting motion similar to a big snake. Completely scientificially explanable.
