Absolutely, myself and others call it DFS (Debunker Fatigue Syndrome). What you are likely experiencing is just a "flare up". Over the last 15-16 months that I personally have been at this I have had such flare ups (complete with rant, throwing hands in air, threatening to give up debunking) about 5-6 times. Usually there are a few posters around here who make enough sense to make you realize that what you are doing by debunking is worth it, and that to give up is to let them win...so you persevere. Sometimes I will take a break for a day or two, with little or no posting on the topic.

The usual signs of this are:

1. Increased Intolerance for seemingly innocent posters claiming to be "just asking questions".
2. Increased levels of insulting or diminutive comments towards the "truthers (twoofers, da twoof, 9/11 liars, or worse).
3. A need to Rant about a topic that would normally make you chuckle.

There are more signs, but I am off to work.

I engaged a whole bunch of troofers on Spooked911's blog. The topic of discussion was their theory of Nukes demolishing WTC.

It honestly felt like I had disturbed a hornets nest. Verbally abused by so called physicists. Accused of complicity in mass murder. Accused me of lying about where I come from. Accuse me of all sorts of heinious acts.

Although it was fun to see how angry they get when I provide proof after proof of how faulted their nuke theory is. Eventually they just fell down to one post -
