Two weeks before Halloween, I heard a radio program, Hope for the Heart with June Hunt. It was in two parts and the title was "The Occult: Demystifying the Deeds of Darkness." I discovered her program just recently and on this particular program, I heard her talk about many different things that fall under the umbrella of the occult. One of the things she mentioned is something that I've heard very little about, if anything. She's a Christian woman and she counsels callers on her radio program. She's helped many people and is very non-judgmental. She said that she's talked to women who claimed that they were "breeders" that bear children for human sacrifices. June Hunt did say that she has asked women if they were breeders and she said that a few have responded in the affirmative. I'm not sure if they volunteered the information on their own because she did say that she asked them if they were breeders. I can't imagine anyone wanting to admit to such a thing, so perhaps it was something that she had to coax out of them in order to help them release such a burden. I don't think it would be considered an everyday kind of confession.

I did find a couple of articles about the subject. The articles seem to suggest that there's no verifiable proof that something so horrible actually exists.

I guess it was on a full week. I only heard part of it. According to the links at the website below, it was in five parts. I'm not sure which program mentioned the topic of the thread.

Now go read up on alien abductions. You may be suprised at the number of coincidences between the two.

Nope, 'breeders' don't exist. As Arkan W says, this is part of the Satanic Abuse myth and no proof has ever been presented for them.
Christian fundies are quick to latch onto stories like this, and never question the truth of them, however improbable they sound. Heck, at one time, there was a woman going around the US Christian church circuit claiming that constant 'breeding' for the Satanists who had held her captive had 'worn out' her ovaries; the Satanists had then got a new set of ovaries from a corpse and transplanted them into her so she could carry on! None of the good Christians who heard her stood up and said that it was a crock.
Anyone with delusions that fit the Evangelical Christian belief system is welcomed by them, and all criticism is discouraged.
Lauren Stratford (http://www.cornerstonemag.com/features/iss117/lauren.htm) was one of the first to come out with the "I was a breeder for Satan" story; even an expose by a Christian magazine didn't convince the suckers and she continued to live off her pack of lies for years.
A bit like a certain psychic we all know and loathe, in fact......

Lauren Stratford has since re-invented herself as an Auschwitz survivor. She obviously craves attention and doesn't care how she gets it.

Sadly, people were actually arrested and tried over this nonsense.
