The findings of the commission or better yet lack there of is implication of a whitewash. The extent of the reasons for the cover-up remain to be found.
You are presupposing the existence of significant errors in the 9/11 Commission Report. However, whether or not the report contains significant errors is precisely the point at issue. Restating your conclusion as one of your premises is an example of the petitio principii fallacy.
