Have no idea. Just wanted to say 'The Wasp Factory' was brilliant.

Well he certainly could have picked a more creative title: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/104-0228967-7085545
Amazon lists a downloadable version: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00007FYKW/qid=1063423855/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/104-0228967-7085545?v=glance&s=books
and a hardcover version, "used & new" (?):

It's available from Amazon as an E-book. You shouldn't read anything into Bank's novels not being published in the US. His books are rarely published here and even when they are they aren't available for long. Most of his books that i've got I picked up in Singapore or Greece.

I have only read Feersum Endjun, but I was greatly impressed.
Havn't had time to get any of his others, but a SciFi board I'm on maintains that the above title was one of his weaker efforts. Gotta give him a more extensive read.

Some of Iain's books (both SF and non-SF) have been brilliant. The Bridge is sheer brilliance. Espedair Street has probably the best realized character I've come across. Use of Weapons and Player of Games are two of the best SF books out.
However his later books don't keep the standard. Song of Stone is awful. The Business mundane. Inversions was okay but I think the central point's been made better by Delany. YMMV.
