It sounds like he was full of drugs. Otherwise the Taser would have worked. I do not see what the police could have done. Short of shooting the person dead.

All these stories about Canadian cops...and that kid in Norway shooting up his class...almost makes me think maybe...just MAYBE...there's a bit of anti-American bigotry in stories telling me as how us'n 'Mericans are animals...
