In answer to that ridiculous "porn" allegation you should know I just do not do porn, not even for political satire. In fact the only modification I did to anything of Shafquat was to paint a clown face on her picture for the 911clowns site. Perhaps if you were Shafquat that would be porn? However, that being stated as "truth" (as in the real truth) there is always "911 truth" which would mean that Phil Jayhan claims to have the most disgusting picture (which he and Nico handed off to each other) and which Jayhan claims I sent around to all the "911 truth leaders" in an email message. No other "911 truth leaders" ever got this strange message either. When asked for the message with headers Jayhan claims he deleted it, and then deleted it from the trash folder too! This was the same day he got it! He only saved the disgusting picture, which he happily sent around claiming I sent. Of course a full header would reveal the email serial number and routes it took making it easy to authenticate the source. Jayhan does not want that to happen since it would show he sent it to himself, if it existed at all. In fact, the email never existed because I just don't need porn to make a point. Jayhan never showed the text content of the email - it is all a figment of their imagination created to make some answer to the crimes committed. It is being used as weak leverage to beat me into an easy settlement? I think not.

I think I have been very consistent and relying on the truth to chart my course. It is easy to steer the direct course when you do not have to make stuff up. I think my track record shows I may rant and call a foul foul but I do not resort to porn to make statements. Say like Nico or Jayhan do. My videos on this borrow from Star Wars and other sci-fi epics for a statement and focus on the frauds done to my video.

911 truth had me fooled until I met up with them in LA at the Alex Jones gathering. All it took was having a chat to show me the light. I think they never thought a patriot would see though their psychobabble. It is convincing until you figure out how they cherry pick and edit to make points. The extreme edits on my footage, they put a lot of pressure on me to give in to them and just let it slide, showed me a face I cannot live with. Those extreme liberties with the facts in my video, the refusal to remove or rectify them, and those who claim leadership insisting I join with the fraud, well, come on. I have a long history of standing for what is right even if it hurts my pockets.

Anyway, this took a long time to do because I am not rich and rolling in money for lawyers to take the actions to court. It took me all this time to gather the proper proofs and information as well as arrange for legal representations. As you all know she took that time to profit well and continue to claim my video the fraud and hers the ultimate authoritative video. My video meaning the raw footage I shot with original sounds.

Brainster seems to have digested the history well and I feel his take is something like I feel. I do not feel bad questioning anything and truth is important. In this case I may have been fooled for a short time by those whose agenda needed to use my video however once I saw the agenda was more important than the facts I stepped back out. It did not take but a few months with them to figure out they would lie to protect lies.

And yes, I was totally tricked from the get go on 911 eyewitness. I was only giving a limited license of the footage to Dave Shaw and that was it. It was supposed to be a strict royalty thing. Tricked into doing a couple interviews that were supposed to have me as a silhouette I thought I would not be in the DVD and only have the credit of shooting the video. The day they flew me in to launch the DVD was the first time I saw the DVD where I went from someone never seen and in the background to the front man star – including the claim that it was my DVD. Dave (Schaufele) Shaw’s name never appeared and I had 10 minutes to decide what to do. With several 100 people in a theater waiting what to do? A mistake I will not make again.

And yes I still feel let down and carp about the late jets over flying after both towers came down, do you think I felt protected by the greatest armed forces in the world at that point? I wondered what bull I was fed about our national attack readiness. It was a great disappointment and perhaps if you actually were there watching those buildings come down you might feel the urge to ask “so where are those jets that were supposed to protect us in minutes?” I still knew that our air force pilots would have been proud to be there, but the questions of why there was no intercept certainly played on me.

What my video shows is what I lived through and saw in real life 3d. It is so far from a country picnic to witness you just cannot fathom. These people claim I inserted the 1010 wins broadcast after the fact! Perfect sync! Damn I would be worth millions as an editor! Do any of you know what it is like to know the truth and have the video of it and have a group saying I altered the original and they have the real copy? That is their claim!

For my efforts to REALLY seek truth I found the 911 truth leadership to be a conglomeration of liars and frauds bent on a specific agenda to ferment distrust against the government and Jews using twisted logic, frauds, lies, mixed metaphors and half truths. Basically doing what they claim the government does. Once they met me and let me speak they never wanted me back again, I questioned them. Once I started to speak about their frauds they spent all their efforts to denigrate me and my efforts to expose the frauds. They did not spend one minute or ounce of energy to correct the errors! This includes Jones, Fetzer, Floum, Burks and the rest. Frankly I have never encountered the depth of sleaze anywhere outside of politicians.

When you find out you are wrong, you change and rectify. When confronted with a mistake these people did not react as if a mistake took place. They defended their mistake as if it was truth, claimed I was a liar, and would never change the lies they were selling. They attached my name to altered evidence and spread it around the world never mentioning it was doctored or removing the altered evidence. Germans, French, English, Spanish and Austrians believe I filmed the distortions in 911mysteries after watching it on their government television stations! It says in all languages “Rick Siegel filmed across the river that day” and shows bull! This is what I am confronted with.

I do what I can, when I can, and have done what I said I would do.
