Doubt it. It's the pyramid idea: for a couple of rich people on top, there's thousands of common laborers on the bottom. Same with medicine, no? There's going to be a large number of people who cannot afford an expensive stay in the hospital for every one that goes?

But if the pyramid ceased to exist for medical supplies, treatments ect could this be a plausable situation?

Mutations of brain cells are not evolution.

They are CANCER.

Which is bad.

Don't let Iacchus' ravings distract you from the topic. He keeps trying to convince us that the brain is a sensory organ that senses waves of consciousness the way eyes sense waves of light. Full marks for creativity.

Nothing you do to your brain will affect your childrens'. The only way to help humans become smarter is to either manipulate the genes in the egg and sperm - or only allow smart people to breed.

To ensure your own children reach their potential, see that they receive good nutrition and medical care, and I mean from conception.

Early teaching, especially reading, can make a great deal of difference. The younger the child, the faster s/he will learn and the better s/he will comprehend.
