The International Community is suggesting that they not be allowed to do so.
Also, Israel's previous Government (under Arik Sharon) decided that they should not be allowed to live there. (see: Amona, and the "Convergance Plan" which removed Jews from Gaza and dismantled the communities of the Northern West Bank -- About 40,000 Israelis living in 31 settlements were evacuated ).

Again, this is not about a_u_p or what he 'suggests' -- please resist the urge to personalize this discussion.

There is nothing wrong with Jews moving to Palestine to become citizens of Palestine. The issue is Israeli-Jews and other Jews moving to the West Bank in order to turn any land they acquire into part of Israel.

I believe the PA should amend their law regarding the prohibition of land sales to Jews and add the stipulation that it be legal as long as the Jew seeks to become a citizen of Palestine.

You mean, the international community that turned its back on Jews during Nazi Germany? The same international community that reflexively condemns Israel? Please. In any case, the international community does not dictate international law, which encourages Jewish settlement in the West Bank.

Nor, do Israeli politicians dictate international law. Jews have an historical and legal right to live in the West Bank, which, biblically, is known as Judea and Samaria. It was the Jordanians who disparaged the sacred land with the obnoxious name the West Bank.

"Palestine" is not a country, making citizenship absurd.

See above response.
