I dispelled one conspiracy this weekend. I did my laundry and all my socks matched. There were no strays. That has never happened before.

Unless they're trying to throw me off their trail.

In the middle of last week, the NWO Odd Sock Dept. achieved their quota of odd socks, you should be ok for a while.

That's why BP now spends billions of dollars to compensate the fishers and other victims of the oil spill

Exactly. I thought you had figured that out by now. How else would they be able to go along with the oil spill hoax, eh?

So how have your personal beliefs about nuclear weapons changed?

I have a cool prediction that can test the conspiracy theory: All lawsuits against BP about the Gulf accident are INDIRECT lawsuits, meaning that they do not directly relate to harm caused by any oil itself. The lawsuits are only about things like loss of revenue for beach owners and fishing companies and things like that. Why? Because there never was much oil leaked. The large oil gush was a media hoax.

None of the conspiracy believers on here actually believe a word they post. Rather, it is an elaborate conspiracy of 5 or 6 15 year old boys to get attention from their betters.

The complete works of Shakespeare were not written by the William Shakespeare but rather by another man who was also called William Shakespeare and who looked identical to the famous one.

Also, I think some of the dinosaur stuff is just a conspiracy by archeologists. I don't disagree with the idea of them existing but it was so long ago that the archeologists cannot be sure when they tell us they were called Tyrannosaurus Rex and Triceratops. I bet the dinosaurs didn't call themselves those names.

Not a conspiracy theory, but I really really want Nessie to be real. Sometimes I just pretend like there is a Plesiosaur living in Loch Ness just to give my life a little excitement.

That being said, I went to Loch Ness... no signs of any serpent, I'm afraid.

My personal little CT with suspect evidence is that a group within the Catholic Church (Dominicans, mostly) conspired to suppress the Dead Sea Scrolls for forty years because the scrolls depict early Christianity as Communistic Fundamentalist Judaism.

http://www.roberteisenman.com/

The RCC don't like the idea of Christians following the way of a Jewish Commie Jesus and never have. They tried for centuries to stop people from even reading the Bible.

The dramatic growth of the Real Life Superhero Movement over the last 10 years is being backed by the government to prepare the public for the appearance of actual superhumans created in government laboratories.

(I wish)

More seriously (for certain values of "serious")...
The majority of Real Life Superheroes are clowns, lunatics, spotlight-hogs, and overgrown children playing dress-up because whenever one shows up who's competent and takes it seriously, the government swoops in and recruits him for a black ops team.

That would actually make a pretty cool premise for a TV series.
