A zombie doesn't age, as much as it rots/decomposes.

Frankenstein was the scientist, not his creation.

When Gene Wilder was active at the Mall as a partner in a high-end men's wear store, I always wanted to go up to him and say.. "Dr Fronkonsteen, good to see you".. hoping he'd come back with "IT'S FRANKENSTEIN!"... but I couldn't invade his private space that way.

Not true! With infinite god, the number of angels could indeed be a negative integer.

Frankenstein is a good case. I assume the mystery of a soul or life force animating his cells was replaced by electricity. So the cells should be functionally re-animated, if not alive.

Would their re-animation involve tricky cellular behavior such as cell division, required for healing and aging? Or just macroscopic, gross behaviors such as muscle contractiom?

His brain, of course, we have to throw out even as a singleton data point since we cannot tell how much of his deficiency is due to cellular decay, sub-optimal reanimation behavior of neurons, or the Abby Normal issue.

All true zombies are undead. All undead are not zombies. E.g. vampires, Frankenstein's monster, mummies

All undead are goth. All goth are not undead. E.g. werewolves, the invisible man, Jekyll&Hyde, the cute checkout girl at the comic book store

Zombies can age very nicely. But contrary to popular belief, not all zombies are suitable for aging, let alone extended aging (10 years or more). It depends, among other things, on the tannin content of the zombie. Most zombies are perfectly suitable for shooting in the head by the time you first see them.

For proper aging, zombies have to be corked up tightly, and stored in a cool dark place, on their sides so the cork doesn't dry out. Re-corking is necessary every eight years or so. Zombie re-corking is a highly specialized task that is not recommended for the amateur.
