Wish I could be there

Missing it this year because it's so early in the month. Sniff.

Okay, I have registered and got my hotel. By the way, anyone want a place to crash? I got the following hotel from Thursday night to Sunday:

Hilton Garden Inn New York/Chelsea
121 West 28th Street, New York, New York, 10001-6102, USA

It's barely a block from the venue.

I don't have a roomate, yet. So, perhaps I could take the spot.

We can PM each other for details.

I don't think I will need the room Thursday night, though.

No, La Quinta is Spanish for "next to Denny's".

Yeah, I normally would't stay in one, but the location is perfect, the price is right, and I'm finding lots of good reviews. And I stayed at a Ramada Inn (NECSS III) on the east side owned by the same people that was a terrific bargain.

For now it's my placeholder hotel, I'm still looking for something nicer that isn't $400 a night.

I switched to the Hilton Fashion District, a block from the venue and a couple blocks from Penn Station.
