Good reason for waiting is that my order still hasn't turned up despite a promised delivery of last week! But don't wait just for me.

As a suggestion what about trying to set up a rolling schedule of the next say 3 books and give a date for when the discussion is due to start? That way people have plenty of time to get hold of the books.
