I don't think sushil_yadav reads any other posts - he or she makes little or no effort to discuss any point raised by anyone else.
It's a shame really, as this thread has the potential to be interesting. |

Because what you said in the hilited area is true, this thread is, and has been from its inception, an abysmal piece of crap. Its basic absurdity is that Sushi is using the internet to say he/she/it is against modern technology.
Okay, everyone, on the count of three, let's stop feeding the troll: one . . . two . . . three . . . |

Okay, Sushil, here's one last chance to prove you're not a troll and this thread is not just your way of jerking us around. I believe you've stated that we need to get the human population down to about 1/8 of what it is now within 20 years.
How do you propose we do this? If you have no answer to this question, then this thread amounts to little more than saying we're doomed. If you come up with more of the BS of saying Western Culture has to find the solution, you're being dishonest, since you've already said that western culture is the cause of all the planet's ills. Now is your chance to show us the way: Put up or shut up. |

I'm not sure why reduction of population to 1/8 of what it is is so incompatible with genocide and atrocity. Not efficient enough?

. When there was still time to save environment a whole century was wasted in the futile debate over Capitalism, Socialism and Communism. Trying to save environment after 250 years of relentless Industrial Activity is like trying to revive a dead man.....There is hardly any environment left to save. Industrial Activity destroys environment.....Where there is Industrial Activity there is environmental destruction.....Capitalism, Communism or Socialism doesn't matter at all. ...

Only if some of the larger countries could take a small page from the kiwis on dealing with conservation and other environmental issues. Small steps are a start.

Eat, Drink and make Merry [ while the planet burns]. Consume... consume....consume....and destroy all ecosystems. Why bother about nature/ environment? Why worry about animals, trees, air, water and land? The western God is going to build another world in 6 days. And then there will be a big party on Sunday. .. |

Sushil's back!
I daresay there's some reason why this post appears after the Holiday season and with a diatribe, rather than suggestions for easing the burden on the planet's resources. |

Why worry about it indeed?
Animals have been going extinct since they first appeared So have trees Air, water and land will all continue to exist regardless of what we do and shoud we much up the ecosystem SO badly we die off ourselves it will be back to a new normal one within a few hundred thousand years. (Untill increasing solar output sterilizes the planet) |
