I did spend last night in do or die battle against alien invaders but it was my own fault for getting my X-Com squad stuck in a corridor with a Sectopod...

Went to the Maya-I-Hava-This-Last-Dance event at the Thai Lily. The Pho Thai ******** noodle bowl was awesome.

Had an Earthquake last night, but only a 4.2 so stayed in bed. Did for a second think the world was ending but dozed off.

Played canasta with my family last night. If I ever win a hand, that will be a certain sign the world is ending.

I lost, so all is right with the world.

Looks like the world ends again on May 19, so I'll see you then.
Interesting. This turns out to be my 77th end of the world, allowing for some repeat prophecies.

Guess we'll see how May 19 goes.

I was promised marauding feathered serpents and giant guinea pigs, none on either front. Weak.......

So does this mean the world did not end on 21 December? Or did I miss it? I often do.

Probably you missed it, force of habit I expect........

however its a bit wet over this side of the pond, and i can report from the southwest of the uk that we're all still here (last time i looked anyway). most of us are under water though...........

The nearest hot bed of hippy action and conspiracy theory nutjobs (Glastonbury) has not had its streets filled with end of the world types, and it's all been a bit underwhelming really.

I've had no one to laugh at all day.........can we have another one next week, might get a few more takers.....or fakers.lol

Here in Arizona, many people say they are underwater -- but they mean that they owe more on their houses than the houses are worth.

xterra, who is only a little bit underwater, but isn't worried about it

I could have swore the Flying Spaghetti Monster saved the world and Dr Who was just helping out, or was that the other way around

I basically went to bed last night, and due to the super bad weather (lots of snow squalls and high winds upward to 50 mph--grabbing the house) I didn't sleep too well.

But when I got up this morning, things seemed to be just about the same. Excepting a lot of snow drifts.

So much for EOW or Apocalypse or whatever.

Well, it turns out it did end after all. But then it was quickly replaced with an exact duplicate. Only this one is a little tiny bit stranger than the last. You have to look really close, but you can tell. Honest.

I spent the apocalypse in a parallel universe via the Portal Infinite Testing Initiative. All hail the giant Sentient Cloud.

For one thing, the universe and everything in it is exactly 1.9695677% larger than it was.

xterra, who measured it carefully

The world did end. Then the mechanism that runs the planet was rewound and started again once the necessary corrections had been made. Good thing Elvis was on hand, really.
