I'm sure he has an entertainer's visa, where unique talent grants you access. e.g. only Paul McCartney gives Paul McCartney concerts, so he doesn't have to get in line.

While many can host a talk show, only Piers Morgan can host a talk show hosted by Piers Morgan.
