Yes, he apparently sent quite a few emails in the last few days. This matches the pattern that happened last time he was in court - he got really active online just before the court date.
Two weeks more to wait to see what happens next. |

Any news of what happened? I assume not much as he appears to be back at his old tricks. See this thread http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=254218 which has a link to http://www.randi.org/site/index.php/...ce-column.html which contains a new post from our mutual 'friend'.

I don't get any spam, because Mabus is prohibited by the court from contacting me. <sips margarita on beach>

You've got it backwards, I'm afraid. If he's not criminally responsible, then he goes to a psychiatric institution. (NCR is the Canadian equivalent of not guilty by reason of insanity.) If he is criminally responsible, then he faces the normal range of criminal punishments. I haven't been involved in this one, and only learned of it today, but I hope his is found NCR and gets some help. |

What amazes me is that we, who are only mostly distant observers of his activities and lapse back into his old ways, still seem to be better informed than the authorities dealing with his case .
