Elvis, the Honey Monster, Mr T and Big Bird brawl on Swansea street

Anthony Saunders, dressed as the Honey Monster, was out with his relatives Wayne Saunders, who donned the King's gold trousers, Dean Saunders, who became Big Bird, and Ross Saunders, dressed as The A Team's Mr T.
They became involved in a brawl outside Retro bar, on St Mary Street, Swansea with a rival family.
Swansea Crown Court was shown CCTV of the brawls, at around 9.30pm.

Tesco are building a new store on the edge of the ancient town of Sherborne in Dorset, England, not far from me. Locals have marched with Banners and are confident that customers will remain loyal to the town centre stores

It is a beautiful place and home to a very posh school and some stunning architecture (Turing was a pupil among countless other noteables)

As an ex retailer of many years I predict a desolate town with many boarded up shops and a lot of people with Banners in their sheds shopping at Tesco.

In southern Texas news, the DPS (Department of Public Safety) has recently issued a report that the most dangerous criminal, and mostly Mexican, gang in Texas is no long the Texas Mexican Mafia. (estimated 6000 members). They have identified a group known as "Tango Blast" which is also a Latino/Mexican gang, with about 10K members (not sure how they figured out the population, actually) as more nefarious and dangerous.

Sounds like something you get at Dairy Queen. I guess it's a bit more lethal.

Both syndicates have deep links to prison gangs in various prisons in Texas and elsewhere.

I have two friends who have relatives (cousins) currently serving time in prison, and who are nicely tatted members of the Texas Mexican Mafia.

That's the big news down here, south of I-10, where there is no intelligent life.

Today's news:

Quote:
(CNN) -- A wildfire due to extreme drought, a possible tornado touchdown and a blizzard warning all within a 50 mile radius -- the weather in northeast Colorado must have gone crazy overnight.
But snow predictions have been particularly unreliable this year. So far, I was supposed to have about half a foot of snow by now but there is maybe an inch or so out there.

Winter still blowing with blizzard and twister

Right now Kansas is having sleet and snow flurries in some areas and thunderstorms in others.
Earlier today western Kansas had sleet mixed with hail. In Wichita the temperature dropped 30 degrees in less than an hour.

Kansas: where "So, how about this weather?" is a pickup line.

A man in heels and suspenders is exposing himself to passing women.

I should add that while this is in my local paper, it's not very local to me. I wouldn't want people thinking I lived in Beaumont Leys.
