Is Pamela Anderson getting divorced or not?

I must be getting old. I just saw the latest headline for Pamela Anderson's on-again/off-again divorce, and my first though was "What does she mean by 'Irreconcilable Differences'?"

... and my second thought was, "She's showing her age."

So what exactly are "irreconcilable differences" in a marriage, and why do they lead to an "irretrievable breakdown" of some marriages, and not others?

Well, in this case, she's an aging skank, and he's a . . . wait . . . who is he?

Someone who cross-breeds elephants and rhinos, I think.

The amazing thing is that if a person can reconciel themselves to living with Pamela Anderson, you would pretty much expect they could reconcile anythiing . . . apparently there is something in that relationshipo worse than her!

I believe the correct response is, "Who cares?"

All together now...

"Apparently, YOU do! At least enough to post in this thread!"

Now, once more, with feeling...

Ya, what's up with this? This forum is "Social Issues & Current Events", not "Goings On Of Disease-Laden, Plastic Surgery Nightmare ***buckets"

It's a current event; albeit yesterday's news.

The social issue is the aspect of "irreconcilable differences" in a divorce, what those differences may be, and what makes them irreconcilable.

Isn't it amazing how people will focus on a pair of boobs - and I mean Pam and her hubby - rather than the social issues they represent?

If you are referring to Scully, that was Gillian Anderson, not Pamela.

Anyway, with Pamela getting another divorce, I guess that means that we all get to move up in line.

"Salomon is best known for making a sex videotape with Paris Hilton, his girlfriend at the time, and was previously married to actress Shannen Doherty."

Who wouldn't want to be married to a man with these impressive accomplishments to his credit?

Oooh! My chances are starting really look good! I'm even more distasteful than that!
