Dead of night
I'm interested how does this trick look like? I've heard many people who say it's one of the best routines they've ever seen, but i don't want to buy something i haven't seen before! Please, describe it (not reveal), so i can get a general picture of the effect! thx

Assuming you mean the Andy Nyman effect, it's a three phase card "spelling" routine:
1st a chosen card is replaced and then found in the deck by spelling out it's name. 2nd another looked at card is found in the deck by spelling the specs (ie) surname 3rd a third seen card is found by spelling (ie) a maiden name. The effect description and explanation are also available on both the "Get Nyman" DVD set or in his "Kosher Products Lecture Notes". It uses a deck which you could make yourself (he explains how) but I really wouldn't want to. If you are to get it then I'd recomend buying the ready made one. I don't perform it so can't really comment there but it is a cool effect to watch on the DVD and if I remember is not unduly difficult. |
