Too stupid to install MoveableType properly...
OK I'll admit it, I'm a relative Linux newb.
I'm running Red Hat 9. I've got Apache installed with php and MySQL. I've put the MT code in /var/www/html/mt and I've told Apache that it can run CGI scripts in the mt directory. I can log in to the administration system. I've populated the database in mySQL correctly. Questions: 1. What permissions do I need to set in order to create and maintain one or more blogs and how do I give permissions to each? 2. How do I view/maintain the blog? I just get permissions errors every time. 3. How do I change the template that MT generates the blog in? |
