Magic Auction in Austin April 12

Old-timers may recall when the Austin magic auction was one of the largest in the world.

Well, now it has been embiggened. It is apparently THE largest magic auction running, and it will be Saturday, April 12th.

Somewhere between 800 and 1000 items are going up for auction, 250+ on stage, the rest by silent. Stage, illusion, and close-up are all represented.

When: Saturday, April 12, 2008
Where: First Baptist Church, 901 Trinity [Austin, Texas]

Schedule:
8:00 AM Doors Open. (Free Coffee & Donuts)
9:00 AM Stage Auction Begins.

Live & Silent auction areas are separate.

Plenty of free parking. Meters are free in Austin on Saturdays.
Over 200 spaces within one block of auction center.

Admission: $10 includes printed program
Absolutely no buyer premium

FOR MORE INFO and photos of some of the stage items to be sold at the live auction go to: http://austinmagic.org/sam/auction2008.html

For $2.00 extra, I will pretend not to know you.

I'm glad to that you've used a perfectly cromulent word in your post!

I am trying to work in "defenestration" for my next post, but it is proving harder than I had anticipated.
